Drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Self-Compassion practices, Mindful Visualization, Existential approaches, and Psychodynamic principles, I tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs and preferences. These tools can be used to address challenges, explore underlying patterns, and develop effective coping strategies that empower you to navigate life's complexities.
